MACCE Best Practices Webinar: Exploring Professional Development Opportunities

About this event

Join us for the August MACCE Best Practices session focused on professional development pathways for Chamber leaders. This session will feature firsthand insights from your MACCE peers who have recently completed or participated in key programs including the Institute for Organization Management (IOM), the ACCE Annual Conference, and the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.

Each speaker will share their personal experience, highlight takeaways, and answer your questions to help determine if one of these opportunities could be a fit for your professional goals in 2026.

We'll conclude with a 15-minute legislative update presented by Andrew.

Agenda Highlights:

  • IOM: Julia Howes, Southern Anne Arundel Chamber & Beth Rheingold, Greater Baltimore Chamber (2025 graduates)

  • ACCE Conference: Kristi Simon, Howard County Chamber & Alexander Austin, Prince George's County Chamber

  • Goldman Sachs Program: Amy Thompson, Greater Ocean City, Maryland Chamber

  • Legislative Update: Andrew Griffin, MACCE Administrator

We look forward to an engaging and informative session!
